Clean, comfortable rooms, although more spca would be appreciated ) The staff is friendly and helpful, beds are comfortable, shower is good. I appreciated a lot the room service, each day the room was thouroughly cleaned and furnished with all we needed (like shower supplies, water). The location - is quite far from the city center, the trip to Sultanahmet took 40-45 minoutside rush hour and 1.5 hours in rush hours. The bus stop is a few steps from the hotel, usually we traveled with bus 62 to Kabotash stop, and from there with tram T1. Also, the same meals we had in the center were like ten times cheaper in the hotel's neighbourhood, at the next corner from the hotel there is a baklava shop, were we bought excellent baklava, and one kilo was about 350-400 liras, while in touristic places for the same money you can get only a portion of 3-4 pieces. Also we enjoyed fruit shops around the hotel.

We liked everything about the place: the lift, the cleanliness, the warmth, the ability to make tea in the room, the excellent beds that made you feel like you were resting, the professionalism of the staff, and the attention to detail. The receptionists deserve special mention because they were the only ones who knew English and were really nice and helpful in assisting us in adapting to the local culture, especially when it came to hiring a taxi during peak hours.
